Kingfisher Care QLD

Kingfisher Care QLD Pty Ltd (Kingfisher Care) was born out of the personal care team of our Managing Director. Isabel has Multiple Sclerosis and has been a Participant of the NDIS since 2017. Following a fall in 2019, she has been bedridden, and has had to rely on carers for help in nearly every aspect her life. In hearing that there are others who are like her, that need real assistance, we decided to find a way to help others. 

Kingfisher Care is committed to giving clients the elusive ‘choice and control’ that is essential to ensuring that you attain the quality of life we all deserve. 

Our carers are not called Support Workers for a reason. As a Participant, our owner knows the difference, and staff are trained on her before coming to you.

We don’t just send any carer. We try to match you and your carer and commit to sending the same carer every time where ever possible. If you  or  your carers are not happy with the relationship, we will find someone else. 

We also undertake to try to find someone for you if needed

We are committed to the concept of creating a Plan Support Network around every client, to ensure everyone is on your side, helping you get the best support you can.

That Network, under the guidance of your Plan Support Team, is ANYONE involved in your total disability support.
